The CPO Network brings together Chief Procurement Officers from major corporations and selected mid-sized companies, across countries and industries. What is shared at the table stays within the circle, but its impact continues within members' own organisations. Rooted in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, boundless in ambition.
From a successful format to a network.
For years the Round Table format ran as a closed circle in Heidelberg. To open it to more CPOs, the CPO Network was founded in Stuttgart on 2 October 2025.
Your points of contact.
Jacek Drozak is the founder and coordinator of the CPO Network and the first point of contact for members and for CPOs who would like to join. He guides the admission of new members and holds the circle together. He previously advised procurement organisations and founded and led his own procurement consultancy. The network grew out of that work and has since become his full focus.
Dorina Dobos coordinates the CPO Round Tables and is the central point of contact for hosts, partners and everything that shapes a CPO Round Table, from the initial planning and agenda to the Deep Dives. She brings experience in navigating complex questions from her years in strategy consulting at BCG. The substance, structure and smooth running of every CPO Round Table are in her hands.

Direct conversation, confidential discussion.
Around the table sit senior procurement leaders, joined by selected outside experts where a Deep Dive benefits from their perspective. Some CPO Round Tables deliberately widen the circle, bringing procurement together with adjacent leadership roles such as Chief Supply Chain Officers, COOs and Chief Sustainability Officers.
Each host is invited to nominate the participants for their Round Table. Absolute confidentiality creates the trust that allows the conversation to be open, candid and useful.
